  • Mat Pilates is a grounded method of exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles, toning the body, and improving flexibility and posture! It's performed on a mat with minimal equipment, primarily using body weight as resistance. The goal is to emphasize a mind-body connection through precise movements and controlled breathing.

  • Flow: Modern Mat Pilates format musically driven to move through the entire body while strengthening muscles, focusing on control and breathwork. You will utilize props such as resistance bands, light weights, pilates ball & circle.

    Surge: Practice total body exercises with increased weight, quicker tempo, dynamic moves and additional cardio to boost heart rate and burn more calories. 

    Salt: Our classic Flow class with added heat where you will sweat, strengthen and stretch. Classes are set to 90 degrees to get your heart pounding and blood circulating.

  • Bring a yoga mat and grip socks (we sell both in the studio if you do not have them). Wear whatever you feel most comfortable working out in and remember to bring water!

  • Absolutely! Towels are free, and our mats are $3 to rent each class or $1 each class for members!

  • Of course! This low-impact exercise is suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted to various goals, from rehabilitation to toning and enhancing overall well-being. Modifications will be provided as needed.
