Our passion at Coastal Movement is guiding people to build strength and confidence in their bodies through movement. With inspiration from Monterey Bay, we have curated a modern pilates method that embodies:

  • Grounded Movements for muscle engagement. 

  • Different class types of strength, cardio and stretching.

  • Minimal Equipment such as resistance bands, hand weights, pilates ball and ring. 

  • Community Engagement and a sense of inclusion in a motivating environment to reach fitness goals with others!

“After years in the corporate world, I am excited to focus on guiding people to feel confident in their bodies and prioritize physical and mental health!

I have combined my passion for the California coast with my extensive background in dance and barre to create a Mat Pilates format that will challenge you to build strength while finding fluid movement through the mind and body.
